Each year, The Learning Tree School puts on a traditional Russian play. This year, "The Frog Princess" was staged by the children. 

As director Judy Allen wrote in the program, "Dramatic play gives Learning Tree students a memorable way to learn the words and stories of a different culture … Most importantly, though, by putting on wonderful costumes, and standing in front of their smiling, clapping parents, they are learning that getting up in front of people can be a fun and exciting experience …

"The children will take away the memory of a day when they were stars of a real Russian play, and they will tell you they were wonderful."
