Leah Domstead portrays the Bride of Frankenstein — and quite nicely — with her son, Rowdy, at the Skillman Church of Christ Trunk or Treat.
Halloween can be scary enough what with all the ghosties and ghoulies parading about without adding the unknown of what or who might be behind the next door.
Skillman Church of Christ removed the unknowns of trick-or-treating by taking it off the streets and putting it in the parking lot with this year's Trunk or Treat event Oct. 26.
Families set up a kind of sugar-smacked tailgate party in the church lot and let the kids have fun in a safe environment.
