It wouldn't be the first day back from a holiday weekend without word of a lost or found pet. This time, Stefanie Spaeth, of Lakewood Pet Watch, alerted us to a loose dog running through traffic along Abrams Road, just south of Mockingbird Lane.
The person who pulled the male dog from the street said the canine appears to be a lost pet because he is well-fed and friendly.
The dog is mostly white with tan markings. He has on a collar but no identifying tags. No word yet on whether or not an ID microchip is present.

There were some signs for a lost male pit mix along Williamson Rd today. This one looks like he could fit the description. I'll take a look at the sign for a phone # on my way home today.
