WE NOW HAVE SPIN CLASSES AT OUR FRISCO LOCATION! Kim Chance will be teaching a stretching class immediately after the Monday (changed from Tuesday) night spin class. 15-20 minutes. RBM spin classes are available from November 3, 2008 through March 5, 2009. Spin classes are offered at the Richardson and Frisco stores. No appointment is necessary to participate in a spin class.
